Gail sent me an email about a place in Chicago that specializes in Baos (see http://www.wowbao.com/). It would be great to have a Bao place come to Gainesville. Mike .. could you use your influence to accomplish this.

Oh ....... and thanks to all of you that came out on Mothers Day to hear the band play at SweetBerries. we had a nice crowd.

While the last thing we need is another burrito place, it is nice to see a local owner expand into a vacant location that had been a food place(Subway) since the 1980s.

And thanks to Sam Harris for the correct info on Gainesville's drive in movies. I recall everything he said about both of them but had names mixed.

Friends and I had a fabulous lunch at Indian Cuisine yesterday.
The larger location, just down from the first, is much larger & brighter. beautiful buffet setup with additional items added.
Chicken curry, Chili Chicken, and many veggie items.
Pakora & Naan bread every day, along with the sauces & chutneys.
Excellent service always.
This is a once a month stop for sure.

Just had a fabulous fish Sandwich at Harry's today with an old friend, Arnie Heggestad. The side of Haricots was perfect, as always. The french fries were undercooked.
Excellent Service also. Jen the server was on it throughout lunch.
Heading to Indian Cuisine on Tuesday.
